We require that payment is received prior to shipping of an order. Once payment has been received and confirmed, your order will ship with in 3 business days. We accept credit card payments and payment through Pay Pal. Sorry, but at this time we do not accept COD payments.
Delivery Charges are based on the size and weight of the order. Charges are calculated once the order has been completed. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We will replace any product that is damaged before or during shipping. If you are not happy with the item, we will gladly accept the product back within 10 days of delivery , but you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You must notify us within 3 business days if you need to return or exchange any item.
